spring like sound

Going on my sixth week with my PM, I got brave and turned to sleep on my right side (PM on left). Well, my right arm was under my head (with a watch on)... all of a sudden I heard a quick little noise that sounded like a spring opening up (boingggg). Please dont think I'm crazy for I don't know if my watch made the sound or it was my PM. Anyone hear anyhing like this? Thanks!

I happen to speak to my cardiologists office and I was told my pacemaker does not make any sound....well, I better shop for a new watch!
