what make and model

I have Sinus Node Dysfunction and am scheduled for pacemaker surgery soon. I'd like advice on the make and model that is best for this condition and is most trustworthy not to fail. I have an active lifestyle-strenuous 4 mile walk every day with max pulse rate of 157 when I run up stairs and lots of gardrning with heavy lifting. Thanks.

None of them fail! They are all extremely dependable. It sounds like you will be using rate response to get your rate up and there are some differences in that between manufacturers. Which one is best for you will depend on your lifestyle. I'm sure someone will jump in with more details but this comes up fairly often so you should be able t o find it if you do a search for accelerometer or minute ventilation.
