QRS now wider after CRT surgery?

I had a visit with my heart failure doc today 6 weeks post op for LBBB and 30% EF. He did an EKG and saw my QRS had widened from my last post surgical QRS of 130. Pre-op it was 164.
They did a quick check of my leads and they were functioning at 100%.
Does anyone know why my QRS would widen if I'm being paced adequately?
I will call my surgeon next week. My heart failure doc was stumped and thought maybe the surgeon could reprogram my leads to tighten up the QRS. He said the surgeon should investigate.
My LV lead is investigational and has 17 programmable sites, so much is possible but it sure takes a lot of time!!
thanks All.

My pacemaker was installed in 1998 and I have not felt better. The mental part is the toughest.
Clarification

Sorry I didn't mention that my surgery was a CRT-ICD implantation! It was supposed to correct my LBBB and in turn shorten my QRS of 164. Right after surgery I was 130. again, 2 weeks later 130. Then at 6 weeks I was wider but my doc did not clarify by how much but that my EKG changed. Has anyone had this happen?
I have read it could be due to worsening CHF, dehydration, High Potassium, and some other things.
I only know I had a flu like illness 3 weeks after surgery and it lasted 2 weeks and wondered if that could have thrown things off.
Any thoughts from those with LBBB and a CRT-D?
Thanks!!!!!!
