I have had a loop recorder for the last 12 months, I will be receiving a pacemaker in a few weeks. What is the suggested gown, tshirt, button up, etc. to wear in the hospital?
And the most comfortable tops to wear the first few days?

Male or Female?

I don't know what your gender is but other than a bra, the answer should be the same.
Next time my PM is replaced, I will definitely wear a button shirt. Since you aren't supposed to raise your arm above your head, a button up dress shirt is the easiest to get in and out of.

Loose button up shirt

I wore a loose button up shirt. They removed the large pressure dressing prior to me leaving the hospital, so I just had a much smaller dressing to keep stuff off the incision site.
Sorry, can't comment on the bra part, but I would imagine that a strap would be uncomfortable. I used a small towel over the site to pad it from the seatbelt in the car.
