Anyone else?

I just got my pm implanted 12 days ago. I am still getting used to it. The last 3 nights I have been brought out if sleep by a strange feeling in my chest, like someone is tapping me with their finger just below my collarbone. Has anyone else has this happen?

I had the same thing, but mine was thumping behind my breastbone. I told my physiologist and he did some adjusting. It stopped. Mine would do this when I would turn my head down to maybe look at my feet or when I leaned down to wash my hands, and sometimes when I sat down. Just tell your doctor and he/she will take care of it. God Bless.

I have a sensation that feels like a kid is blowing bubbles in my ventricles through a straw. My cardio said he hadn't heard of anything like that before and it was probably something that was present before but I was just noticing now. I've seen enough descriptions here of "sensations under the sternum" to doubt his conclusion, although I'm not ruling it out either. I'm doing fine so it's a wait and see thing for me. I'm still on 3 Volts.

BTW, my sleep was disturbed for about a month after getting my PM, which I wrote off as normal anxiety. It's getting better now, 2 months in.
