How long until ?

My stomach doesn't handle tylenol, so the question is, how long after having you PM implanted can you once again begin to take advil. Not for pain, but for a common headache?

As long as Advil doesn't interfere with your other medications you should be able to take it right away.

Check with your Pharmacy to see if there would be any interactions.

Even though I'm on blood thinners (Apixiaban) I'll pop an aspirin. Doesn't seem to hurt. That's aspirin without caffiene.

Hope you can get relief soon.

I'm post implant 10 days today. I was also told not to take advil immediately after the implant because of the concern of bleeding. This is just your typical, change of season headache, nothing to do with the PM. I'll contact my cardiologist, and ask for his input. Thanks again.
