COMPLETED FIRST 4 MILES!

Hey Everybody!

Just wanted to share a milestone! Today I have successfully completed a four mile run without some kind of interruption (usually my own anxiety) since the little gadget moved into my heart. It has taken me four months to get back to normal training but I think I'm making it., getting there anyway...I was even 1/10 of a mile faster than pre gadget..added more weights back to my work out, too. Life is getting better...(knotguy is right)...

The sky is looking a little brighter and finally, I think I am gonna make it and all is getting back to normal, whatever that is...

Thanks to all that have helped me along this way, we totally are a "BOSS' bunch here at the club!

Have a great night!!!

Congratulations! You must be SO proud! New to this group, but I'm certain you have found a entire cheering section here. ~Jane

I'm happy for you. Great job!

Glad you posted later in the week. When somebody says I got something right I get dizzy, have heart palpitations, and have to drop of the forum for about a week. Hate it when I get something right early in the week.

In the meantime, keep up the good work!

Great job Mama

Well done! My PM has been in two month and I'm still getting a little exercise anxiety whenever I push a run over s mile! So glad to hear you pushed through and hit 4! Way to go! :)

Glad to hear it!

Great news!!!!! You are definitely going to make it.

You know you're wired when...

You name your daughter “Synchronicity”.
