pounding heart feeling heart beat in chest.

hello guys m/22 dual chamber pacemaker replaced augest last year. in nov i start feeling heart palpitations and after taking metolar xr50 mg everything was good until now from last few days i have heart pounding feeling. i feel my heart is besting so hard that every heartbeat i can feel in chest and listen in my ear. i am feeling very annoying now. can't concentrate on anything.when lying down on bed heart pounding goes wrosen. i had echo 2 months before and nothing serious comes in it. should i visit my cardiologist? i have not visited after echo. this pounding heart feeling is killing me from inside. my whole body vibrate with every heart beat plz help me out
