heart palpitation feeling heart beat in chest

hello all, i have heart palpitation from last 25 days i feel my heart beat in chest like heart beating so hard and irregular heart beat. i visit my cardiologist several times he did pm interogation and no problem found in pm. he said my pm is doing good. i have dual chamber DDDR pacemaker. all parameters of pacemaker are fine. so i did thyroid test here is the parameters of my thyroid test is this parameters are normal ? T3=1.12 T4=6.33 TSH=3.26 ? please help me is there any other causes of heart palpitations?

The awareness of your heat beating ( palpitations) has numerous causes ranging from normality to pathological.
If palpitations are recurrent, or sustained, or irregular, or associated with chest pain or shortness of breath, you need medical help/ investigations. A pacemaker will not stop palpitations.

If you are using caffeine, alcohol, or stimulant drugs, STOP.
