Your anxiety is normal. It takes some of us a little time to adjust to the new friend. As much as they love you, family and friends without a device just cannot understand the adjustment we go through. That is why this site is so valuable.
Your problem

Your problem isn't heart related. The PM won't record a racing heartbeat because it can't differentiate an elevated heartbeat caused by exercise and a racing heart caused by something else.
Recently had a cold, heartbeat was elevated because of some medication I was taking. PM didn't record it as a heart problem but I did have an elevated heartbeat. Also have sleep apnea. Sometimes it causes a racing heartbeat. PM doesn't record it as a heart problem. So now I have to go to my sleep doctor and see what is going on.
I discussed my racing heartbeat with my EP. It may be due to complications from sleep apnea. Sometimes my heart is beating so fast it will wake me up. My EP said it isn't heart disease related so the PM won't record it. Whatever is causing the racing heartbeat isn't due to a heart issue.
Per previous posts you have made where you asked the same question, you will have to work with another doctor besides your heart doctor to find out what is causing the racing heart. Do you have access to an internist? From your bio I see you are in India so I don't know what medical help is available to you.
Hope you can find some help soon.
