heart beat fluctuating

hello i am male/20 with IPG medtronic kappa 400 DDDR. my question is that sometimes i feel my heart beat is fluctuating. it is not in proper rhytm. the heart beating is in disorder i feel this every 3,5 days then after 30,50 minutes everything goes fine. i am patient if CHB. US THIS FLUTUATIONS ARE NORMAL ? or should i visit doctor ? i feel heart beats sometimes two beats together

Visit a cardiologist

Regardless of what it feels like, I'd go see the cardiologist. I'd even see if they'd run an EKG on you during the time you have the "disorder". Something is going on and I, for one, am hesitant to make a diagnosis based upon how you feel. While I'm pretty good at knowing what is going on with my own body, I haven't had the medical training to diagnose someone else.

Besides, they'll tell you in the ER, "Better to have it checked out and be wrong, than to not check it out and be dead!" One way you're just out some money, the other you're no longer here.
