Medtronic Remote monitors

Just thought i would leave this info here. It may already have been posted. Medtronic has two free upgrades for cellular phone remote monitors. They have one upgrade that costs about $12.00 a month.

Just need access to a power source. The first option (I did it online) was the $12 per month 'deal' which I passed on but option 2 was free and the new device arrived in about 2 days. Much smaller and more portable than my old one.

Going without Remote Monitoring

I have chosen after 9 years of remote monitoring to go without it because I refuse to pay them a monthly fee for a device which should be free. They told me the free solution has to have an additional outlet (so two outlets now and two boxes). That might be a good solution for Medtronic, but it's not for me. When it is time for a generator change, which won't be for a few years), I will NOT get Medtronic due to this.
