does the pacenakermaker club store items to manila

Hi I just got a crt-d two weeks ago and joined this club a few days ago. I would like to order a few items from the store. It says that worldwide shipping is available. I just wanted to confirm this because the USD8 shipping charge for manila seems a bit low. On paypal there was no button for international shipping though my address was clearly indicated. Thank you.
