Merlin@home

Does anyone have a Merlin@home transmitter?
How do I know if it is working? I have heard nothing from my Dr. or St.Jude since I set it up.
Any suggestions.

Hi Sally.

Call your doctor's office (whichever one received the transmission) to 1) confirm that they received it; and 2) that everything looks OK.

Always follow a transmission with a phone call asking those questions.

Good luck!

make a phone call. I have Biotronik, called them the day after I hooked up my home monitor. They were very kind and helpful and confirmed that my report had been received.

Hi, I have a Merlin and I understand what you are saying. If there is a problem the lights will begin to blink and sometimes there is some noise as well. If you feel that the Merlin transmitting is in question please call the 800 number that is on the back of the monitor. The tech support people can run a check for you and assist if need be, in helping you set up the Merlin. Don't worry all by yourself, get some reassurance from St. Jude that all is well.

Best of luck, although you won't need it.

Regards,
Susie
