Dizzy and sluggish

My husband had pm implanted 3/2013, he recently had spell similar to original but did not faint as before. What could cause this?

I am almost at my year anniversary and about 6 months ago I had an episode: severe nausea for 6 hours with ultimate vomiting and since I have pacemaker no fainting but "almost". Went to MD and he found that the rate response was not turned on. This response means that when my heart rate drops 20 with the blood pressure then I have an episode (the above with fainting). The rate response was turned on and since then no episodes. I occasionally have weak nausea with a general weakness which passes within a minute or so. I learned all this from this pacemaker site which has helped me so much. Look into the rate response.
