It's been exactly a week since I had my PM/Defibrillator installed. Last night I woke up and my pinky and ring fingers on post hands were asleep. My heard was racing but not beating real hard like I had been running. Didn't hurt at all but extremely weird and uncomfortable. Anyone experience this or know what is happening and should I call and get checked out. This has never happened to me at all.

and welcome to our Club ;-}
While I did not have swollen fingers like you are describing, the fact that it's only been a week since you got your PM, is very likely the explanation for all the weird symptoms. Your body has just been through a "shocking" experience (sorry for the pun) and it needs time to adjust. Imagine that wires and a defibrillator were inserted in your heart; CRAZY! No wonder it takes time to adjust. I had so many strange sensations those first few weeks and now that I'm 7+ months out, I STILL have some weird sensations.
I suspect that in time you'll adjust completely and you'll start to sleep better too.
Please keep us posted on your progress.
