heat and humidity

thank you for your answers, I am 57 andwas hoping others had this problem with the humidity

Hi Leet,

I have noticed lately that the next day after hiking or walking outside in the humidity I wake up with a bad headache and am extremely exhausted and just don't feel well at all. It's strange because I feel fine and have no symptoms while doing it though. I have always had a bit of trouble with humidity but it seems to have gotten worse since I got my pacer almost 5 months ago. I don't know if its pacer related or not, but it makes me wonder especially since others seem to have issues with it too.
