Got my diagnosis!

I know it doesn't really matter, but as I explained before... it does to me. Anyway, I got my diagnosis. SSS with Asystole. In the hospital my pacemaker was "pacing" between 75%-90% of the time. Today it was only 5%!!! He said that except for the fact that my last "pause" was 18 seconds, they may have waited a bit to implant. He also said that with my history I was probably born with it. I have had vasovagal syncope my whole life and he suspects that my body overreacted by adding pauses. So, for me it feels good to understand the details. I'm also thrilled that he gave me the go ahead to get back into Zumba and yoga (without my left arm for a few more weeks).

As far as I'm concerned... today couldn't have gone any better! Thanks so much for your help. Now... if I could just get my home transmitter to work!

Good for you Joy. If it matters to you... it's important. Knowledge is power. I always want to know too, when possible.

Happy exercising.
