Passing out is not okay

Passing out is never okay. And if it looks like you are having a seizure you could very well be having one. Go to the ER. Demand your cardiologist look at your PM data or have your device interrogated. Or at least that's what I would do.
No one is going to be more concerned and devoted to your health than you. Passing out is not normal. Demand attention until you get to the bottom of it.
Best of luck.
Got checked

I'm very pleased you got checked out as I was thinking about you. I'm new to pacemakers, all I know is that while I was passing out I was in denial and wanting to believe the doctors' hollow reassurances. It was only thanks to my wife's persistence that the hospital carried out the necessary tests, identified my problem and concluded that I needed a pacemaker. At times like these we need the support of someone close to us to make the doctors listen. I really hope things turn out well for you and that your passing out truly was a "one off".

As for my pacemaker (almost 7 years old) I like to think of it in the terms of the old Timex commercial - takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
Get it Checked

You should not ignore any loss of consciousness. I very much hope that you and your pacemaker ID card have already been to your local hospital and that the cause has been diagnosed and treated.
