Hot streak.

I had a pacemaker implanted the 23rd of May, 2014. This past Saturday(31 May) while at a restaurant, I felt what seemed to be a hot streak from my pacemaker to my heart. Has anyone felt anything like this?

I have felt something similar several times. I asked my doctor about it, but he did not feel that mine were anything to be concerned about. My CRT-D was implanted April 23, 2014.
