Be all you can be
And then some more,
Because its only you
That you will adore.

Adore the good times
Along with the bad,
Cause we have help
To keep us from being sad.

So keep your chin up
And your good to go,
Make every moment count
To put on a really big show.

Hi Jackie
This is a good poem. It is sometimes hard to adore the bad times. I find that difficult, but certainly appreciate the good times.
I notice a post where you feel upset. Have I missed something? This poem was not a laugh but really good to think about. Sometimes people post funny things and I love them as laughter is the best medicine. Please don't be serious unless it is a serious matter. I for one like some lightheartedness which can stop us thinking about heart problems.
