In some ways I guess that's true... And they ALL lived happily ever after..humor helps in very situation..

I have referred to him too.

Between my heart and my joints that need oiling (aka replacements).

Good luck boysmom.....you'll be home before you know it.

There's no place like home!

BTW, I'm a boys mom too....4 of them.

New beginnings

I actually thought the same...off to have a tin heart!! I am 4 weeks down the line...had my 1st check and a few adjustments made yesterday and I am feeling fantastic today :)
It takes a little bit if getting used to but as well as gaining a tin heart you get your life back. It's amazing!!
Next week I get back to the gym and the dojo....it's so exciting.
I really hope you experience the positive effects soon. It does take a little while but keep looking ahead. Think of all the things you have wanted to do for a while but have been unable to do.
Today is day one of your new beginning.....I hope your journey is an exciting one and I wish you a speedy recovery :)

You know you're wired when...

You have a high-tech ticker.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
