Still feeling tired

Hello all.

I have now had my pacemaker fitted a month ago i still have a lot of soreness and sometimes pain around the site of the implant is this
normal after four weeks. Also i experience tightness across my chest.
I ended up in hospital a week ago due to this and a fast heart rate after tests doctors said the tests showed positive and let me return home. The pacemaker saved my life after having it fitted for third degree heart block. My tablets of bisoprolol was increased from 2.5 mg to 5 mg one daily. I take this tablet early morning after three to four hours after taking the tablet i experience considerable light headedness also palpitations have become a factor which
i did not experience before the pacemaker was fitted also the feeling of my heart skipping a beat. Is this all normal after having a pacemaker fitted.
