Resynchronization implant

Unable to find any info so I thought I'd ask for some help. Thursday I underwent an ICD change to a Cardiac Resynchronization adding a third lead. The actual surgery went well, but I am having considerable shortness of breath. Something I rarely had before.
Original disease is HOCM. Have low EF. Have MV prolapse Full heart block.

I was wondering if anyone else felt like this after surgery & if it improved. Dr said we had to wait & see. But he did say that the QR was narrowing & that is what they are looking to have happen.

Am very anxious.
