10k mudrun

Hi all been a long time since I have been online or posted just to let to all now out there anyone who is worried it gets better and wouldnt change anything now! This time last year was sat on the sofa feeling like I was going to pass out and had no energy to do anything! Had my PM fitted in september 2014 been back at work as a engineer since October been at the gym getting fit since January now training for a 10k mudrun obstacle course and will be raising money for the british heart foundation to hopefully help with research and to help others like me! Only 26 years old throught my life was over last year but now doing more than ever life is for living to the max now! Thanks to all the help and great support with all my questions last year! Good luck to everyone for the future! Cheers Ben

It's nice to hear some positivity - am only 3 weeks post implant and can't help but feel a bit nervous and vulnerable about what the future might hold . It's nice to hear you are doing well , I hope I will be able to say the same ( might give the running a miss though !)
