Just a wee shout out to see if anyone in the pacemaker club is based in Northern Ireland...would love to meet up or have a telephone chat with someone local with a pacemaker.
Been having a few issues and just a bit down.
Anyways...at least my heart rate stays above 30 bpm since my implant in April :) getting there...slowly

Thanks for taking the time to talk...much appreciated. I guess I'm just trying to find my new normal.
I had always been very active. I practice karate, use gym and have a physical job...but I'm still having energy issues..ie, I have none.
I'm impatient probably. I am working on getting my act together as I know I'm really lucky to have my pm and be on my feet.
I will get there. Thanks again for being there. This truly is a wonderful site for support.
Hope all is good with you and you continue to do well. I really appreciate your reply.

...it always troubles me when folks are feeling down especially if it is because of their PM experience. I had mine installed in April also and I went through a period of feeling a bit down (not immediately but a few months later) but it passed as life returned to normal. So for what it is worth from an American in New England - Hope you are feeling better soon!
