Irregular heart beat

I have a PM, and I had a irregular heart beat. Has anybody experience this?

I had some arrhythmia as well before my PM. I was dxed with SSS and afib the PM has made a tremendous improvement

Since I got my PM my heart rate is much more steady I was much like a Roller coaster as far as heart rhythm was True it really doesn't address the afib but my heart isn't dipping so low and going back and forth so much (tachy-Brady syndrome)
