Breast Cancer w/tissue expander

Hello,
I guess I will follow suite, I am new to the site and didn't realize it even was even available. I am 53, I have a Metronics Defibrillator that was implanted May 4, 09. The only issue I have had is that my breast implant ruptured shortly after. In Nov 2013, I went for routine mammogram, had ultrasound and biopsy Dec 2013 and then on Jan 2, 2014 I was told Stage 1 cancer. I had left breast tissue removed March 2014 and they implanted a tissue expander. I have had several episodes of Beeping, my plastic surgeon is now telling me that she will not add to expander, wants me to wait until she does permanent implant. I also need defibrillator replaced and have asked that both be done at same time. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks in advance.
