movement of pacemaker

had pacemaker fitted Nov 2012 turned over in bed from left to right oacemaker shifted up to collar bone I pushed it back into place No symptoms no pain pulse rate as set .Is this normal ??? has anyone experienced this ?

No, that's not normal but it's not unheard of either. As long as you feel ok and it's not sore, it's probably fine. Can't hurt to get it checked out just in case, but they're tough.
