FYI-this may be of interest and helpful to some of you.

I had a crt-d procedure 15 months ago. my EF increased from 10-35 over that period of time. however, my pacing went from 100 to 82 at last interrogation in June. I was still feeling great.

additionally, my heart size returned to normal and mitral valve regurgitation went from severe to mild. all good signs. but the pacing was slowly decreasing. interrogations also showed an increase in PVCs to 17 percent.

this didn't make sense. I had always had PACs, not PVCs so my doc ordered another holter monitor. he believed that my device was detecting PACs as PVCs because of the blind spot. (now for those in the know, I'm sure I got some of this wrong. it is confusing but...) the tech made an adjustment.

I had a remote interrogation this week, 1 and a 1/2 months after adjustment and my pacing was greater than 99! hope this info helps anyone who may have similar issues.
