Hey, Patty, I'm still going thru the fine tuning deal. Some roadblocks along the way. EP set my Medtronic Viva XT CRT-D to what looked optimal according to the Echo he was watching. Couple days later, I felt crappy, then I remembered my clinical cardiologist's instruction to watch my weight and use Lasix. The fluid build-up was the actual cause of my "crappy" feeling. I'm 6'01" and my weight dropped from 203 to 196 the next morning after using the Lasix. Device clinic nurse changed the setting back a bit (40ms to 10ms) I informed my EP's nurse yesterday and she'll talk to the Doc. Yesterday, I trotted 4 miles on the treadmill, then made the mistake of taking a sleep aid last night (Mertazapine). I had 2+ nights of insomnia. Spent today all groggy and could only trot 2 miles.
Hope to get back to kinda "normal" tomorrow.

You know you're wired when...

Bad hair days can be blamed on your device shorting out.
