site comfort

Just joined and have a relatively new pacer-any other women have discomfort over insertion site from bra strap and any type of bra that is really comfortable over the site?

Yes they are not the best when you are trying to heal...try wearing sports bras...no wires...hope you heal soon and feel better

Yes, I had a good excuse to go shopping, made me feel good. There is a lot of nice bras out there. Camisoles with bra support are very comfortable too. My husband had to help me on with those for the first while but no one year and a half after my PM insertion I'm like new. Hang in there you will feel better soon.

I am 12 weeks post implant. Have found Victoria Secret. Body by Victoria to be super comfortable. Straps are wide set and avoid pace maker and scar. Ask for help from fitter I am great grandmother and yes I shopped at Victoria. Trish

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.
