Son called me. "Daaaaad" The long "a" indicates he's got a problem. Daughter-in-law's car wouldn't start. No problem. Ran down to their house, jumped her car, was leaning over running engines. Supposed to be a big no-no.
Guess what? Zilch, zero, nada, nothing. No problems. Even with the bigger engines, no problems.
You should be able to ride with no problems.
Have fun!

To tell you the truth I never even give it a second thought. While growing up it never stopped me from doing anything and to this day my girlfriend or my kids need to remind me that I have one!
Keep on riding!

Just from my own experience, there is no problem.
I've been riding every thing from dirt bikes to Harleys. I have no rate response on my PM., and perhaps this is a help, but in seven years there has been no adverse effects.
Best wishes,
Johng
