3 week check

I had my 3 week post PM implant check last week and have been cleared to resume normal activities. I think that I literally have a back-up battery now because I didn't need assistance once from my device in the last 3 weeks; current estimated battery life of 14 years. I'm wondering if this will change once I get back into my normal exercise routine.

It is almost certain the battery life will change.
my first one was estimated at 10 years and lasted 6 years 2 months. The second one was estimated at 12 years and lasted 10 years to the day (I HAD RETIRED AND LEFT the high usage environment. Just got my 3rd one in 12/13 and it is estimated at 15 years.
There are a lot of veriables that will affect battery life but you should be fine for a LONG time.

I was told I could resume my normal activity. I'm only 48 so I am pretty active with walking and weight training. I'll let you know how it goes

let us know how your exercise routine goes! My PM is April 16th and I want to begin my exercise as soon as cleared. What did they tell you that you can do 3 weeks out? I am just so curious.
