happy 1st anniversary

One year ago today PM, St Francis hospital Hartford CT. Doing good looking forward to the "melt" so i can get back outside... Hopee all are doing well 😊

Just look at all you have done since your pm with running and biking. Way to live.
I couldn't wait for the melt, had to do 10k out in the snow Sunday. Three layers of clothes, snow boots, no speed records but so happy to be outdoors moving. Hope you thaw out soon, you will feel so good to start running outside again.

Yay for you! Happy one year paced birthday! I remember last year when you got yours one week after me! Glad to hear you are doing good. I know what you mean about the "melt". I can't wait to get back outside either.
