My heart rate on a average day. This is about 1/10 of the data I collected over the last 2 1/2 month with my garmin. It also agrees with the halter monitor data that the doctor collected.

No problem, just turn off gps
I think I collected up to 24 hours of HR data. Back on the charger ready to go in a few hours. And it downloads wireless to garmin or other sites.

Can this unit be used for non running activity?
I mean, can I just wear it all day long and have it record the heart rate? And how long can I record the heart rate data before battery needs to be recharged?
Thanks.

Will let you know how it works with a PM. I intend to be trying it out while exercising a soon as the doctor gives me the all clear.

Yes, love the 405cx because it's rechargeable and the battery lenght between charging, and I wear it as a watch. With that said I also really loved my 305 as a multi-Sports tracker. Gave it to the wife when I got the 405.
