How do they rate what stage NYHA you are.i am NYHA 3-4. I have ICD,chf,af and LBBB.is it how damaged your heart is-I had a heart attack last year which gave me these heart related problems.

Trying to figure out how doctors calculate something will drive you insane. When my dad was having heart problems, one doctor told me he had the heart of a 40 year old, another said it was "worn out". Since he was picking up one end of a felled tree all by himself I went with the 40 year old diagnosis. Anyway those guides are just that - guides. Not written in stone, not handed down from a god above. Something like a flag that can tell you which direction the wind is blowing.
I'm like Sparrow. Going to heart rehab, giving the nurses chutzpah during the workout. I plan on fighting them all the way to the graveyard.
Yeah, you may have the problems you've outlined. Obviously I can't argue with that. But what are you doing, how are you feeling?
Keep hanging in there. Don't give up just because someone gave you a bad number on some scale.
