You ask if you are the youngest pm owner at 21. I think not. When the doctor told me I needed a pm at age 68' I began to cry and told him I was too young for a pm. In a disgusted tone he said: "Do you know who is the youngest pm recipient?" Of course I answered No. He retorted "In the womb." This should make your day.

Fetus pacing

I made a lead that paced a fetus at 27 weeks gestation. The results were published in Lancet.
Regulations put a stop to that sort of progress for fetuses though. Industry would probably proceed with fetus pacing, for reasons of compassion and good will, but FDA has put it out of reach financially, given the extremely small market.
