it's fine. It may or may not feel good, but it's perfectly safe.

it is rather sore but nothing motrin should not help.

at first i was sore with the strap in place but i found it took 3 months to really heal in that area where the implant took place. of course i had been ill for some time so i slept a lot for 3 months regaining my oxygen depletion and strength. i was just turning 65 seven years ago. i am one of the lucky ones with two leads and no complications to speak of for sure. so hope this helps. jessie lots of cold and snow here near the michigan border but heah hope to head down south in four weeks.
