HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS DEVICE

I was watching TV and this ad for a device called LIGHT RELIEF came on. It is for sore muscles/joints/arthritis pain and uses light technology to heal the muscles/joints and take away the pain. I am suffering from frozen shoulder and neck pain from my pace maker procedure and called to see if the device was able to be used with a pacemaker. No one seemed to have any information on this and I was giving a customer service number to call durning business hours on Monday, which I will do.

Has anyone tried this device and had any luck with it? Is is ok for usage with the pacemaker?
