complications

Received my second pacemaker in 2012, from a biotronik to a ST Jude Medical, for past year i have had a rash on my arm, and itch all over, depends on my angle of my left arm i receive tingle in my fingers. Upon reading some of the members which also have different problems, I am reaching out to see if anyone has had these, and if so what should be done.
