Happy Happy

Hi Everyone!
I'm 5 weeks post-op and improving everyday. Yes, I still have pain but minimal, yes, I still have a few restrictions, but boy do I feel better and stronger than I did before I got "Gizmo". I had my adult kids over to help me put up my Christmas decorations, and we made gingerbread houses too. Then we played some games. I didn't get tired or have to lay down once all day!!! I'm sleeping like a baby, and have more energy than I have in at least 3 years. I still have a few coordination issues due to lack of oxygen, but even those are improving. I should be able to go back to my sewing soon.

Thank you all for being here and for the support you give. I've come several times to get read the posts. Many of my questions have been answered. You all have given me the courage to keep going and keep moving.

To all the other newbies out there, keep moving forward, don't give up. Life is sooo much better if you just give it time and keep talking about how you feel.

Glad to hear you're doing so well. Getting back into your normal activities is probably the best medicine.

Hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a great New Year!

Kathy

You know you're wired when...

You have a dymo-powered bike.

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.
