Since I'm still less than a year since implantation, every now and then I come up with something that I can't answer through searching the forum.
I am curious as to the effect different weather temperatures have on the way the device feels in our chest. Right now with this heat, and what I lovingly refer to as "sweaty boob syndrome" my incision has been itchier than it has been since the immediate healing period after implantation last October. Driving me a bit batty. Also, when I'm out in the heat or in my oven of a car driving home I seem to notice/feel it more.
I know it's not an issue, and normal, just wonderIng if any one else notices if temperature effects how their implant feels to them.

@jimb, I lived through winter and yes, my pocked ached with weather changes. Though I was only about 3 months post op then. I haven't noticed it as much this summer that way.
@gotrhythm, yes I find I am overall itchier during hot weather as well, it just seems like my scar is on fire sometimes right now.

I have noticed that the pocket area can ache when the weather changes, like the tendonitis does in my shoulder. Not looking forward to winter.

I'm 7 months into this pm thing now... only thing i've noticed temperature wise is the ac vent in the car blowing on the incision site seems to get the titanium cold.

Yes the scar itches more but I haven't really thought about it much. Truth is, I"m itchier all over when it's very hot.
