Not sure if this is a coincidence ,but has anybody had issues with their PM and inbuilt hands free phones in the car. Twice today I was sitting in my car on the phone and both times felt rather funny. Heart having funny beats and felt fluttery. I am six weeks into my implant and heart has been pacing really well, about half and hour after I was on the phone my heart kept missing beats for about 10 minutes. It gradually settled and went back into a good rhythm. Would be interested if anybody else had any issue with car phones... Happy New Year to all on this site you have saved me from a lot of anxiety attacks in the past 6 weeks.

Thanks Ian,
thought it may have been a bit of a coincidence, but I thought I would ask the question anyway.
Cheers Maz

Your first seven words said it all ! Hands free phones are so common now and cannot possibly affect your heart.
It sounds as though whatever caused your problem happened to occur while you were using the car phone.
I'm sure that if it happens again, you will want to seek medical advice
Happy new year to you too
