You have an IPG. It is an "implantable pulse generator" which is simply a PM that has a feature called rate adaptive. It is capable of increasing your rate with activity (if your doc has it turned-on). It will not shock you. It is not an ICD or CRT. Those are devices designed to deliver a shock as needed.
