New To The Chest Club

Hello Everyone!

I am a new member. I live in Florida and I love it. I thank God that this is where I had my heart problems because there are two hospitals here that specialize in care for older adults and heart conditions. If it were not for them and my husband, I would not be here. I had my operation last January, but I am fit as a fiddle now. I am working hard to get in shape with the idea of getting certified to teach aerobics again. It has been a life long passion and I still love it.

Welcome Frankenstein!
I too live in Florida and we love our hospitals and heart problems. My cardio's nurse told me Friday "just go to the ER then the pacer rep will have to see you" when I requested an appointment. I thought it to be a bit extreme, but hey, its Florida!
good luck with getting back in shape. That is my goal too 6 weeks post op. I am waiting to here from doc to find out if I am cleared to resume my life.
