p.m. check

my check is aug 14th a week before my 2 year anniversary. i have lots of questions to ask. is their a standard form of questions i should ask written down so i don't forget. i seem okay.whatever they did i think it worked for me. my pulse cannot go below 60. i have lots of energy. i am 67 soon so i do get a bit tired but otherwise good. i need to walk more. jessiep.s. thanks for al the help this site offers
