hi I m Rohan and I desperately need help on my father's condition.He is 70 years old. He needs a pacemaker, single chamber, but we dont have that money to purchase one. I am the eldest in the broad of 2 girls, I want my dad to live more years, but we cannot do anything, the wages that I received from my job is only fit for our basic needs. It will cost around 300,000 here in the Philippines, and we cannot afford it. I already go to NGOS, and government offices that deals with it but none have I gotten. They only discourage us and they said no funds will be allocated.
