polar h7 with suunto ambit 3

Many post confirm that the polar range of watches/hrm work well with pacemakers. Then would the polar h7 which is what is responsible for picking up the beat work with suunto ambit 3?

I've never been able to get any of them to work for me.Try before you buy to see if it works for you.
