Staple removal

I had my staples removed today. I feel like I'm doing surprisingly better than I had inticipated. My last surgery I really struggled with. This lead removal, ablation, and pm revision, has been much more tolerable. I am 10 days post op today, and am ready to start taking on the world. Ji still have some discomforts, but wrapping myself in ice seems to do the trick. My groin area hurts the most, but this to shall pass. Hope everyone else is on the mend. I look forward to attempting some future 5ks.
